How to return your order
You ordered on our brand new website, here is the process to follow :
1/ Click on the returns link provided in the email confirmation, or click below and follow the steps;
2/ Select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the quantity and the associated reason for return; and
3/ Submit the returns request.
Once you have submitted your returns request, you will receive an email attaching a return form. Please print this form and attach it to the package. If you do not receive this email please check your spam/junk folder, and if it is not there, please contact us.

This will be shown on the returns form.
Alternatively, you may return your order in person at our Marylebone store (address above).
Shipping
Packages are generally shipped within 1-2 working days after we receive payment from you. Orders placed on after 12pm on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday (excluding public holidays). During peak periods (sales, holiday periods, etc.), the time it takes to prepare and ship your order may be slightly longer.
Orders over £135 are exempt from delivery fees.
We are not able to deliver orders to customers based outside of the UK. Customers based outside of the UK should visit our EU website at www.justoverthetop.com .
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your products for a full refund, provided we get them back within 30 days and in perfect original sale-able condition. Only unworn, unstained, undamaged, unwashed items returned with the tags attached and original bag/pouch/cover intact will be accepted.
You must follow the return process to make a return. Alternatively, you may return your order in person at our Marylebone store.
